Brad Needleman Joins NKF

A broker specializing in financial services and the technology, advertising, media and information (TAMI) sector has joined Newmark Knight Frank (NKF).

Brad Needleman, a 14-year industry veteran, will be NKF’s newest executive managing director. “NKF represents superior service in the industry, and consistently develops new resources to accommodate client needs,” he said.

Prior to joining NKF, Needleman was a senior vice president at CBRE. His recent clients include JCDecaux, H.I.G. Capital, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, BBR Partners, Permira and British Airways.

In 2007, he was a finalist for the Most Promising Young Salesperson award, from the Real Estate Board of New York.
