BPM Begins Construction on Portland’s Broadway Tower

BPM Real Estate Group has officially broken ground on the 19-story Broadway Tower. The property is at 1455 S.W. Broadway in Portland, OR. Completion date is slated for mid-2018.

The 430,000-square-foot building will include 175,000 square feet of speculative office space and a 180-key Radisson RED Hotel. Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is behind the project’s hotel component. Kevin Joshi with Kidder Mathews will lead the office leasing for the property. GBD Architects is the designer.

The office space will be on floors 9 to 19, with the ground floor including the hotel and office lobbies, as well as an on-site restaurant and retail space. Upon completion, the building will be one of Portland’s tallest.
