BPG Signs Eight New Leases & Two Expansions in Pasadena
Barker Pacific Group (BPG) has announced that its 301 N. Lake Avenue, 11-story, Class-A building in Pasadena, CA has signed eight new leases and two lease expansions totaling more than 73,000 square feet.
Premier Workspaces, an Irvine, CA-based coworking company, signed a 10-year lease for 16,700 square feet on the sixth floor. “We are excited to add another Pasadena location to our portfolio of centers throughout Greater Los Angeles,” said Premier VP Michael Pollack. “Our 301 North Lake location will focus on premium, private offices for individuals and small teams.”
Other leases at the property include Raymond James, Solariant Capital and law firm Host, Gilbert & Bergsten. Scott Unger, Bill Boyd and Linda Lee of Kidder Mathews manage the leasing effort for BPG.
“We’re thrilled to be able to provide much-needed space to these companies as they grow. Our vision for the property is coming to fruition,” said BPG managing director Michael Barker.
