Bozzuto Launches Boston 165-Unit Resi Community

Bozzuto unveiled the preleasing of apartments at Alder, a new 165-unit residential community perched atop a 67,000-square-foot Stop & Shop within the expansive Allston Yards mixed-use development. Managed and developed by Bozzuto, Alder has access to downtown Boston via the nearby Boston Landing commuter rail station.

Named after the alder tree, symbolizing the Fender guitars synonymous with Allston’s musical legacy, Alder boasts Stantec-designed architecture and a serene front-yard effect facing a forthcoming one-acre community green space. The property will include amenities including a full-service concierge, fitness center, outdoor deck with a firepit, and pet-friendly facilities.

Alder marks the first phase of the transformative Allston Yards project, set to redefine the neighborhood with residential, retail, and office spaces, backed by a community green.
