Bozzuto Flings Open Doors at Four West Coast Properties
Property management company Bozzuto recently opened its doors at four new West Coast communities. Earlier this year, the company announced plans to expand in the following locations:
- Premiere on Pine, Seattle
- The Skylyne at Temescal, Oakland, CA
- Runway Playa Vista, Playa Vista, CA
- AO Santa Monica, Santa Monica, CA
To help expand existing client relationships and assist in the western expansion, the company hired Heather Wallace as managing director of client services in January 2021. Based in Northern California, Wallace will continue to play a key role in helping the company build a national presence and refine its business development strategy.
