Boxers NYC Expands to Washington Hts

Lee & Associates NYC’s Richard Kave and Barclay Smyly have negotiated a 15-year, 2,400-square-foot lease on the ground floor of 3820 Broadway in Washington Heights for gay sports bar chain Boxers NYC. The space also includes a full basement.

Landlord Broadway 3820 LLC and Washington Heights Two Partners LLC was represented by Ken Hochhauser and Zach Diamond of Winick Realty Corp. Boxers NYC plans to open in the fall of 2018. Asking rents in the area are approximately $150 per square foot.

“Working with Boxers NYC has been a rewarding and enlightening experience,” said Kave, “The owners, Bob Fluet and Rob Hynds, are true professionals who understand the needs of their clientele and pay attention to the smallest of details.”

The new location will join Boxers NYC operations in Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen and the Upper East Side.
