Katz & Associates has secured a 62,000-square-foot lease with bowling operator Bowlero in Boca Raton.
Bowlero will convert the vacant Strikes bowling alley, which is located at 21046 Commercial Trail, into a high-end, bowling and entertainment venue featuring blacklight bowling, interactive arcade games and an extensive menu with signature cocktails. Bowlero is the largest bowling entertainment operator in the nation with approximately 300 centers. Bowlero is targeting a 2021 opening for the new facility.
Roxanne Register and Jon Cashion of Katz & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction. Jeff Evans and Michael Silverman of The Comras Company represented the tenant.
