Boutique Condos in Greenpoint Reach Completion

81 McGuinness, a boutique luxury condominium in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood, has officially reached completion. Despite launching sales just this past spring, the building has already more than 60% sold.

“81 McGuinness signifies a very special offering in today’s market as it aptly reflects what buyers today are demanding most – more space, both indoors and out,” said Robert Earl, co-founder of The InHouse Group, the development’s sales and marketing firm. “Preferences have shifted over the past year and a half due to the pandemic, and as the development progressed, we saw a real opportunity to buck the trend and reduce the total residence count to create larger spaces that feel like true homes. This has proven to resonate with a wide range of individuals currently on the hunt for a home in the city.”

Of the condominium’s total eight residences, three remain available with pricing starting at $1.349 million.
