Highland Village Bowery Park mixed use center changes hands

Boulder Peak Unloads Highland Village’s Bowery Park

Completed in 2018, Bowery Park is 93.5% leased to a variety of mostly local retail and office tenants. Among them are Platinum Dermatology, Good Morning Donuts, CryoNation, Sip Stir Coffee house, Awesome Times, Baskin Robbins and Providence Title.

The 65,477 square foot suburban shopping center and office complex spans 6.17 acres.

JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Boulder Peak Capital. Kobalt Investment Company acquired the asset.
