Boulder Group Arranges $3M Sale of Net-Leased 7-Eleven in Venice

Net leased investment brokerage firm The Boulder Group has arranged the $2.7 million sale of a retail property net-leased to 7-Eleven in Venice.

The newly-constructed property is located along U.S. Highway 41 and is an outparcel to a Publix anchored shopping center in south Sarasota County. The property is also located nearby the Atlanta Braves new, 6,200-seat spring training facility in North Port.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer, a private investor in a 1031 exchange in the transaction. The seller was a developer based in the southeast.
