Boulder Crossing Signs Large Retailers, More in the Works

Retail center Boulder Crossing, located at the intersection of Winchester Road (Highway 79) and Domenigoni Parkway in south Riverside County, has broken ground. The new development is entitled to include 166,000 square feet of commercial/retail space featuring anchor tenants and outparcel pad opportunities.

Boulder Crossing is a commercial development in the Conestoga Master Plan community, surrounded by significant residential development. There are currently more than 2,000 homes built, under construction or planned adjacent to the west and more than 18,000 homes planned in the immediate surrounding area.

Retail leasing and site sales efforts for Boulder Crossing are being led by Cushman & Wakefield retail brokers Chad Iafrate and Andy Melzer. The team has already finalized deals at Boulder Crossing with retailers McDonald’s, Starbucks and Chevron. Several other deals are currently in negotiation.

“Boulder Crossing is a fantastic opportunity for outparcel pad users and small or big-box tenants to add presence in a highly attractive new class-A center positioned at a heavily trafficked signalized intersection with 57,000 cars per day,” said Iafrate. “The location will serve the emerging community surrounding the center as well as the many nearby established cities such as Hemet, Murrieta and Menifee. Ideally located just 10 minutes from Interstate 215, the property also benefits from commuter traffic traveling to/from the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and northern San Diego markets.”
