Church Ranch Office Boulder

Boulder Corridor Corporate Center Sells

Lotus Company purchased the Church Ranch Corporate Center for $25.4 million. At 124,500 square feet that works out to $204 a square foot.

The four-story, multi-tenant building is nearly 90% leased to 14 tenants. Built in 2001, it was recently renovated. Situated on almost 7.5 acres the employees have views of the Flatiron Mountains. In addition, there is an abundance of restaurant, retail and hotel properties nearby.

Cushman Wakefield represented the seller, Certus. Cushman Wakefield’s Aaron Johnson said the centers assets made it attractive, “Strategically positioned near US-36, Church Ranch Corporate Center is also located between Downtown Denver and Boulder providing tenants with the quick connection to the extensive executive and employee housing and highly educated workforce in the two towns”.
