Boulder, Colorado Multifamily Community Acquired for $50 Million
Upon the purchase of the property, the new owners of the complex, Cantamar Apartment Associates, changed the name of the community to Alpine Prairie Village. The property just opened for business earlier this year.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis represented Cantamar. The seller was an entity formed by DHI Communities, which completed the development.
Located at 2205 Alpine St., just off Hwy 66 and Main St., Alpine Prairie Village offers one, two and. three bedroom units with a large array of features. The 126-unit community is close to a number of restaurants and the town’s main street, a golf course and is only 15 minutes to the base of the Rocky Mountains.
