Boston’s Eastdil Team Shifts to Cushman & Wakefield

Three members of Eastdil Secured’s Boston office – the capital markets team – have left to join Cushman & Wakefield. Peter Joseph, who established the Boston office of Eastil Secured in 2007, departed along with Brian Barnett and Steffen Panzone.

The trio of Joseph, Barnett and Panzone led the Eastdil team last year for Boston’s largest-ever office sale: the $1.3 billion acquisition of 500 Boylston St. and 222 Berkeley St. in the Back Bay.

Cushman & Wakefield, in the meantime, needed the win, as it saw its capital markets team, led by Rob Griffin, left for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank last year.
