Boston Seaport Office Tower Trades for $482M

New York-based Clarion Partners has acquired One Marina Park Drive, a 491,573-square-foot multi-tenant office tower in Boston’s Seaport district for $482 million.

Designed by Elkus Manfredi, One Marina Park Drive is an 18-story office tower that was completed in 2010. The property is positioned within Fan Pier, The Fallon Cos. three million-square-foot mixed-use development in Boston’s Seaport. Currently, One Marina Park Drive is fully leased to a tenant roster that includes Fish & Richardson, Enel X, Intarcia Therapeutics, Gunderson Dettmer, Battery Ventures and Polaris Ventures.

Coleman Benedict, Matthew Sherry, Kerry Hawkins and Ben Sayles of JLL represented the seller in the transaction, a joint venture of The Fallon Company and Barings, on behalf of an institutional investor.
