Boston Properties Inks Three New Leases in its Waltham Life Sciences Conversion
Boston Properties, Inc., has executed three leases totaling 166,000 square feet at its life sciences conversion project on 880 Winter Street in Waltham, MA.
- 115,000 square feet with TScan Therapeutics, Inc.
- 37,000 square feet with RVAC Medicines
- 14,000 square feet with EdiGene
The 244,000-square-foot asset, which is currently being redeveloped and converted into lab space, is now 70% pre-leased. It builds on the company’s 4.9 million square feet of lab and Class A office properties in the area.

BXP Life Sciences’ portfolio includes more than three million square feet focused on the life sciences industry, primarily in Boston; Cambridge; Waltham/Lexington; Montgomery County, MD; and San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA.
