Boston Park Plaza to Rebrand Under Hilton
The Boston Park Plaza, the third-largest hotel in Massachusetts with 1,060 rooms, is set to become part of the Hilton brand. It will be rebranded as the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, with the deal expected to close in late October, as reported by Boston Business Journal.
The hotel’s current owner, Sunstone Hotel Investors, is selling to Parks Hospitality Holdings, a major Hilton franchisee. Hilton will manage the hotel as part of the agreement.
The Park Plaza is joining Hilton’s portfolio in Boston, which includes the Hilton at Logan Airport and the Hilton Back Bay.
