Boston Investment Sales Brokerage Expands DC Presence

Horvath & Tremblay, a real estate brokerage firm based in Massachusetts, has announced the addition of Dennis Cravedi and Christian Barreiro as senior vice presidents. The firm will be launching a new office in Bethesda, Maryland.

As former first vice presidents of investments at a national brokerage, the pair specialize in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. They bring expertise in navigating the complexities of the D.C. Metropolitan Area market, including properties with condo conversion potential, distressed assets, bankruptcy sales, and more.

“Christian and I are excited about the opportunity to partner together and build upon our 18 years of combined experience in the DC-metro multifamily arena by joining Horvath & Tremblay,” said Cravedi. The new office in Bethesda will be the second location for Horvath & Tremblay in the D.C. Metro.
