Boston Consulting Signs DC Lease with Boston Properties
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has signed a 98,000-square-foot, 12-year lease with Boston Properties (BXP) to relocate its DC regional offices to BXP’s Met Square in Washington, DC. The relocation from Bethesda, MD represents an expansion to accommodate planned growth.
“BCG has had a robust presence in the Washington, DC metro region for many years,” said Justin Dean, Washington, DC managing director & Partner, BCG. “The move to Met Square only strengthens our commitment to the community. As leaders in consulting and partners to leading businesses, nonprofits and public-sector agencies in the area, we believe being in the heart of the city enables us to serve clients ever more directly.”
BXP was represented by Newmark’s Ed Clark, Brendan Owen, Kate Kaltenborn, and Max Planning. BCG was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Richardson and Malcolm Marshall.
Met Square underwent $60 million of renovations that were completed in 2020.
