Bosley Rejoins CBRE in Valuation & Advisory

Chad Bosley (pictured) has been named SVP with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services in Chicago. The appointment marks a return to CBRE for Bosley, who was previously with the firm from 2003 to 2013.

Bosley has more than 16 years experience as an appraiser within retail, industrial and office, along with property types such as parking garages, senior housing, healthcare facilities and vacant land. His clients have ranged from national and regional banks, to REITs, life companies, pension funds and government agencies.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Chad back to CBRE wherein he will co-lead our Chicago-based retail practice,” said senior managing director Les Linder. “With the unique and unmatched platform that CBRE offers, we expect to continue to grow this practice with top-tier specialists such as Chad.”

Bosley joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he was a director. Prior to that, he was a director at Butler Burgher Group.
