Bose Professional to Open HQ at Ex-EMC Building in Hopkinton 

Bose Professional is opening a new headquarters in Hopkinton at 117 South St., a 56,300-square-foot office and data center acquired from Dell EMC by Rhino Capital Advisors.  

Transom Capital Group acquired Bose Professional from Bose last year, allowing Bose to focus on the consumer market. Bose Professional plans to open offices and experience centers worldwide, including in Tokyo. The Hopkinton facility will include an experience center.  

Rhino also recently purchased an empty office building in Boston for conversion into a hotel and has an industrial project in Taunton. JLL represented Dell EMC and Rhino in the acquisition, with financing provided by Webster Five Cents Savings Bank.
