Boroughs Islamic Society Acquires Westborough Property for $2M
The Boroughs Islamic Society has purchased 6 Bellows Road in Westborough, MA for $1.7 million.
Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the buyer while Jim Conviser of Conviser Property Group represented the seller, Realty Income Corporation.
The property is a 5,700-square-foot single story building on approximately 1.57 acres of land. Most recently, it was occupied by Cadence Academy Preschool. Boroughs Islamic Society plans to renovate the property for its own use.
“The property is located in an ideal location for the Boroughs Islamic Society’s members,” said Alvarado. They have been looking to find a space similar to what 6 Bellows Road has to offer for quite some time and I’m happy that I could be able to help facilitate the acquisition.”
