Borough Park Mixed-Use Comes to Market

GFI Realty Services was hired to sell 3801 13th Avenue, a three-story mixed-use building in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn. The firm’s Ohad Babo and David Levinson will oversee the marketing of the property, with pricing targeted at $1.7 million.

The circa-1931 building totals 3,733 square feet. The apartments are configured as three one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit, with ground-floor retail. The property will be delivered vacant.

3801 13th is said to be ideal for an end user/investor or a developer with numerous usage options, including large retail, medical center, school or any other commercial, mixed-use or residential development.

“The property is ideally situated on a prime corner,” said Levinson. “Just a short walk from Maimonides Medical Center, the property is also easily accessible to many of the major shopping areas in Borough Park and Sunset Park, and we anticipate strong interest from local investors.”
