Bornbam Associates, LLC has purchased a 28,000-square-foot industrial building along Route 9 at 80 Turnpike Road in Westborough, MA for $2.7 million.

Ryan Parsons, of full service commercial real estate company SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the seller, 80 Turnpike, LLC in the transaction and procured the Marlborough, MA-based buyer.

According to Parsons, the buyer and seller worked together to retain a special permit through the town of Westborough, and new owners plan to make some modifications to the property for their own use in the coming months.

80 Turnpike Road is a two-story 28,000-square-foot flex building that includes second floor office space. The building has over 70 parking spots and offers a 90-degree dock for grade level and dock high loading.

Parsons Commercial Group had acquired this property in 1997 for $1.2 million.
