Booz Allen Hamilton to Expand S.A. Workforce by 250
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. unveiled plans to expand its San Antonio employee base by hiring 250 additional workers over the next five years. In exchange for the new jobs and expansion plans, the McLean, VA-headquartered company is expected to receive approximately $250,000 in economic incentives from the city of San Antonio and Bexar County. The incentives are scheduled for an early May 2019 vote.
The company has two offices in San Antonio, which employ more than 550 local employees. The San Antonio operation is Booz Allen Hamilton’s largest in Texas. “San Antonio provides a diverse, highly-skilled talent pool that we look forward to further drawing on, as we support our clients with mission-critical work in cybersecurity, intelligence, engineering, analytics and more,” Booz Allen Hamilton’s Bob Miller said in a news release.
The company has been operating in San Antonio for about 20 years.
