Bonner Carrington and Dominium announced the sale of 12 multifamily, mixed-income, and affordable properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metro areas. Bonner Carrington was the seller, Dominium the buyer. The two companies have a decades-long relationship.

Dominium has more than 50 years of affordable and market-rate housing experience, with a portfolio of more than 40,000 apartment homes in over 215 properties across nearly half of U.S. states.

Bonner Carrington has more than 35 years of multifamily housing experience, with 28 properties serving over 12,000 residents across Texas. In 2025, Bonner Carrington will open seven newly developed and constructed properties in Texas. 

The 12 properties included in the deal currently operate under two of Bonner Carrington’s mixed-income brands: Mariposa Apartment Homes for active adults and Cypress Creek Apartment Homes for general living.
