Bond Vet to Open 18th New York Location at TF Cornerstone High-Rise

Bond Vet, a veterinary clinic offering both primary care and urgent care services for animals has leased approximately 3,700 square feet at TF Cornerstone’s (TFC) 2 Gold Street in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. The lease runs for 10 years for what will be Bond Vet’s 18th location in New York City.

““Our retail spaces are curated to bring in top-of-the-line businesses who strengthen our neighborhoods and deliver for our residents,” said Steve Gonzalez, senior director of retail leasing at TFC. “Bond Vet is a welcome addition.”

Winick’s Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Spencer Planit represented TFC, CBRE’s Cassie Durand and Jordan Kaplan represented Bond Vet.

The addition of Bond Vet marks TFC’s third pet services location across its portfolio, which also includes Wagwear and PetWellClinic, expected to open early 2023). Both are located at the Albert, TFC’s luxury building in Greenwich Village.
