Bond Collective Inks Coworking Deals in SoHo, Greenpoint

Coworking firm Bond Collective has branched out into new locations in SoHo and Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood, with leases totaling nearly 50,000 square feet. The 25,000-square-foot space at 158 Lafayette St. and the 23,000-square-foot 276 Greenpoint Ave. will represent the company’s ninth and tenth locations citywide.

“New York is our corporate headquarters, and we are so excited to bring two more locations to a city that is so special to us,” said Shlomo Silber, Bond Collective’s CEO. “Soho and Greenpoint are such unique neighborhoods, and we think our spaces will enhance the community feel and productivity for businesses of all industries.”

No brokers were involved in either transaction. Both spaces will be designed with limited corporate branding, focusing on hospitality through full-service community management, the company said. The spaces will include plush lounge seating in common areas, kitchens, full amenity conference rooms and private offices for teams of one to 100.
