Bonaventure, an integrated alternative asset manager focusing on the investment, development, construction, and management of multifamily communities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions, has reported an investment activity exceeding $240 million in 2023.

The company’s perpetual life multifamily fund acquired five off-market multifamily communities, totaling 1,032 units with a capitalization of approximately $240 million. Bonaventure utilized tax-deferred investment solutions, including Section 1031 and 721 exchange programs.

“By offering our investors exclusive opportunities for diversified, tax-efficient wealth building solutions, we reinforced our commitment to responsible capital stewardship,” said Dwight Dunton, Bonaventure CEO and Founder. “We continue to take a cautious approach toward advancing new construction projects. This strategic foresight ensures that we will be prepared to intensify our activities when the timing is optimal.”
