Bonaventure Realty Group Catches Community Overlooking Braves’ Triple-A Field

Alexandria, VA-based real estate company Bonaventure Realty Group has acquired The Fieldhouse, a 252-unit, Class A, mid-rise, multi-housing community with 10,112 square feet of commercial space located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The property overlooks Coolray Field, which is home to the Gwinnett Stripers, a Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.

The 2021-constructed property consists of three buildings ranging from three to five stories. The community is filled with baseball-themed amenities, including a rooftop lounge with outdoor party deck and pool deck with stadium views. The property also has dog parks, club and game room, team workspace with private offices, entertaining kitchen and bar, yoga studio and fitness center.

The Fieldhouse is situated at 44 Braves Avenue, approximately 35 miles from downtown Atlanta, near The Mall of Georgia, and 10 miles from Northside Hospital Gwinnett and Georgia Gwinnet College.
