BOMA/Chicago Honors Excellence in Personnel, Buildings 

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) announced the winners of the Gold Circle and “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) Awards at its recent awards event, held at the Mid-America Club on Feb. 17. The complete list can be found here

Now in its 12th year, BOMA/Chicago’s Gold Circle Awards honor individual excellence within Chicago’s commercial real estate community in six categories: Property Management Professional of the Year, Building Engineer of the Year, Security Professional of the Year, Janitorial Professional of the Year, Emerging Leader of the Year, and Affiliate Member of the Year.  

“Despite the significant challenges facing our industry, our Gold Circle Award recipients continue to demonstrate tremendous leadership and professionalism,” said Farzin Parang, BOMA/Chicago executive director. “The extensive achievements of this year’s Gold Circle Award honorees are a testament to Chicago’s strength across the entire industry.”

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
