BOMA/Chicago Celebrates 2023 Winners of Gold Circle and TOBY Awards

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) announced winners of the 2023 Gold Circle and “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) Awards at an event held at Morgan Manufacturing in Fulton Market Wednesday.

The Gold Circle Award recognizes individual excellence within Chicago’s professional real estate community. The TOBY award recognizes quality and achievement in building management.

“With nearly 240 buildings and 2,000 individual members, these award winners are leading examples of excellence within their companies, buildings, and BOMA/Chicago,” said Phil Stafford, BOMA/Chicago president. “Together, we honor the buildings and individuals that not only reflect the spirit of our city’s iconic skyline – but also make it better.”

Now in its 13th year, BOMA/Chicago’s Gold Circle Awards honor individual excellence within six categories. A complete list of Gold Circle and TOBY winners is available by clicking here
