Boll & Branch to Open New Location at Westfield Old Orchard

Luxury home brand Boll & Branch is expanding its retail footprint with a new store opening at Westfield Old Orchard in Skokie and its first permanent store in Chicagoland.

The 1,430-square-foot space marks a continued investment in physical retail for the brand and will feature Boll & Branch’s bedding and bath collections as well as in-store design services. The brand currently operates 15 stores nationwide, with three additional locations planned.

“Following our successful pilot at Oakbrook Center, we are thrilled to be opening our permanent home in the Chicago area at Westfield Old Orchard in Skokie,” said Katia Unlu, Chief Commercial Officer at Boll & Branch. “We believe the best luxury experience happens in person, and we can’t wait to bring that to a community where we already have such a strong, loyal following.” Boll & Branch joins other recent tenants, including designer toy brand POP MART, which opened a new store at the mall last month.
