Bohler Engineering Takes 2 Floors in Warren

JLL has completed a new transaction for Bohler Engineering at 30 Independence Blvd. in Warren, NJ with building owner Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT II Inc. The engineering firm leased 35,056 square feet over two floors at the 207,252-square-foot office building, and expects to relocate from 35 Technology Dr. in Warren next March.

Bohler was represented by a team of Scott Lesh, Scott Stange Sr. and Daniel Loughlin. Griffin Capital was represented by JLL’s Timothy Greiner, Dennis McConnell and Daniel Spero.

“Bohler saw an opportunity to improve its workplace experience by focusing its attention towards buildings that offered amenity-rich services along with a convenient location to local restaurants and hotels,” said Lesh. “By clearing the slate, Bohler is creating a new workplace exactly the way it wants — the design reflects the firm’s culture and brand.”

Ownership has launched a capital improvement program of 30 Independence, which it acquired in 2013.
