Bohannon Development Breaks Ground on Menlo Gateway
Menlo Gateway, a 16-acre mixed-use development in Menlo Park, broke ground this week to transform a dated industrial park into a vibrant urban center.
San Mateo-based developer Bohannon Development Co. says the project is slated for completion by the end of 2017. The first phase includes an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot office building, an 11-story 250-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, outdoor event facilities, and a state-of-the-art Bay Club fitness facility. Phase II of Menlo Gateway will include two additional office buildings, totaling 500,000 square feet of space.
Heller Manus Architects is designing the project. Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Howard Dallmar, Kevin Cunningham and Sarah Bohannon are handling the office leasing assignment for Menlo Gateway.
