Boeing Signs 1M-SF Lease at Seattle Industrial Complex

The Boeing Co has signed a lease for more than 1 million square feet of space, adding to its South Sound footprint in the largest industrial lease deal of the year in the region, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The company will fill the first phase of Bridge Point I-5, a more than seven-acre development in Milton. At 1.03 million square feet, the building is nearly the size of Boeing’s commercial jet Renton factory.

Developer Bridge Industrial is scheduled to finish the second phase of the project, a 478,542-square-foot building, by the end of the year and deliver the final two buildings, totaling nearly 457,000 square feet, in 2025. Sierra Construction, based in Woodinville, is the project’s general contractor, with Kidder Mathews overseeing marketing for the site.
