Boeing Headquarters Wins TOBY Award from BOMA

The CBRE-managed 100 N. Riverside took home the TOBY International Building of the Year award for properties in the 500,000-square-foot to one-million-square-foot category. The award was given at the 2018 BOMA International Conference & Expo in San Antonio.

Global headquarters of Boeing, which also owns the property, 100 N. Riverside obtained a 4.91 / 5.0 rating, which included a 100% overall tenant satisfaction rating for 2017. The building has electrical and HVAC capacity for high density and data-center uses, conducts numerous sustainability and environmental initiatives, and prides itself on premier customer service.

“The dedication to service and attention to detail needed to manage a property of this caliber speaks to the undeniable talent we have at CBRE,” said Neil Pendleton, managing director of asset services in CBRE’s Chicago office. CBRE has managed 100 N. Riverside since 2007.
