Boba Tea Restaurant Chain Inks Lease for Brooklyn Production Facility

Madison Capital and Salmar Properties said Xing Fu Tang, the Taiwanese multinational chain of boba tea restaurants, has signed a lease for a new industrial space in Brooklyn. The 15,085-square-foot space, located on the fourth floor of Liberty Bklyn at 850 3rd Ave., will be its first standalone production facility in the U.S.

Casal San Andres of The Buckley Organization represented Xing Fu Tang. David Junik, Mark Caso, and Daniel Tack of Pinnacle Realty Group represented Liberty Bklyn.

“We are excited to welcome Xing Fu Tang to the Liberty Bklyn community as they continue their expansion across the United States,” said Ryan Buoye, VP, Madison Capital. “Liberty Bklyn’s versatile, state-of-the-art infrastructure will allow Xing Fu Tang to build a dynamic production facility that will further enhance operations and power their growth.”

The new production location will support the company’s six U.S. retail locations, four of which are located in New York.
