BMO Unveils Plans for 360K-SF Milwaukee Tower

BMO Harris Bank unveiled its plans for a new, 360,000-square-foot office tower, named the BMO Harris Financial Center, which will be built in downtown Milwaukee. The 25-story building, targeted for a late 2019 completion, will go north adjacent to the bank’s current location at 770 N. Water St. The existing building will be redeveloped into a Class A mixed-use property, starting in 2020.

Construction of the financial center will take phase in phases. During summer 2017, the existing parking lot immediately north of 770 N. Water will be demolished. This will be the site for the new tower. Irgens is the general contractor.
