One Five One West 42nd Street in Mnahattan's Times Square is now 97% leased after CTC took two full floors

BMO Fills Former Condé Nast Space in Times Square Relocation

The Durst Organization has filled the last remaining 151 W. 42nd St. vacancy left by Condé Nast’s departure, as part of a six-floor lease of 215,056 square feet by BMO Capital Markets in a relocation from 3 Times Square.

Floors 29 through 33 at 151 W. 42nd, which will be part of BMO’s new space, are currently occupied by law firm Skadden, while the ninth floor was occupied by Condé before relocating to One World Trade Center. The Midtown property has undergone a $150-million capital improvement program.

BMO was represented by Colliers International’s Joseph A. Cabrera, David B. Glassman, Timothy Kuhn and Brendan Cavender. “After a thorough search of properties throughout the entire Manhattan market, BMO realized the recent improvements, infrastructure, amenities and the location of 151 W. 42nd made it the ideal solution,” said team leader Cabrera.

Durst was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo and Tanya Grimaldo.
