Bluewater Will Make New Home at Novi BTS

CBRE recently represented Bluewater Technology in a 90,000-square-foot lease at a new built-to-suit facility at 45833 Twelve Mile Rd. in Novi, MI. Bluewater, which specializes in AV integration and event technology services, will relocate from a 57,000-square-foot facility in Southfield, MI.

The Novi BTS will serve as headquarters space and a research and development facility. A CBRE project management team of Scott Cave and Shane Ferrell will work with Bluewater in the build-out process.

CBRE’s Conner Salsberry and David Giltner represented Bluewater in leasing negotiations. Salsberry and Giltner also represented the landlord and developer, Amson Nassar Development.
