Blueteck Eyeing Hialeah Gardens Mixed-Use Venture
A company that has either completed or is in different production phases on numerous South Florida properties is looking at Hialeah Gardens for its latest project. Blueteck is planning to build a mixed-use project on land it bought in 2022. It needs City Council voting approval.
The South Florida Business Journal reports the developer would build 84,706 square feet of industrial, office and retail space on the vacant portion of the site.
Dubbed Flightway Seventeen, it would consist of three buildings:
An 8,028-square-foot building also with retail on the ground floor and office on the second floor.
A 59,418-square-foot building would have mostly warehouse/storage space and some office space. It would be divided into 16 bays, each with dedicated office and a mezzanine level.
A 17,260-square-foot building with retail on the ground floor and office on the second floor.
Cabrera Ramos Architects designed the project.
Blueteck has built many flex buildings throughout Miami-Dade County under the Flightway name.
