Bluestone Lane Brews Up its First Texas Location

Coffee roaster/café Bluestone Lane recently inked a 4,400-square-foot lease agreement at 115 West 19th St. in the Houston’s Heights neighborhood. The new location will mark Bluestone Lane’s first Texas location and is expected to open at the beginning of 2022.

“We are thrilled to have advised Bluestone Lane in their continued national expansion and entry into the Texas market,” said Daniel Bodner, senior director at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions, who led the team advising Bluestone Lane on this assignment and has collaborated with the tenant since 2017. “We are grateful to have collaborated with Bluestone, the property’s new ownership and local brokers, Shop Companies, to make this creative deal happen. We are confident that Bluestone Lane will thrive in Houston and fit in well with the local community.”

115 West 19th Street is owned by Wolf Capital Partners. Bodner along with Chris Reyes and Tyler Trevino of Shop Companies represented the tenant in this transaction.

“Houston is a market with huge growth potential as it offers a great mix of local residents and urban professionals,” said Nick Stone, founder and CEO of Bluestone Lane. “Our first venture into Texas, this location will provide our signature premium coffee along with our entire cafe menu of deliciously healthy all-day fare.”

The 4,400-square-foot two-story property has 2,200 square feet equally on the first and second floor. The single tenant building additionally allows for a large outdoor seating area.
