Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors Expands Team, Product Offerings

Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a Chicago-based firm and advisor in the senior housing and healthcare spaces, has expanded its team and product offerings. Blueprint recently welcomed industry veterans John Cobb and Philip Kayden to the firm.

Cobb will lead Blueprint’s capital markets platform. Kayden will serve as executive managing director to support Blueprint’s existing seniors housing advisory practice. Cobb has 25 years of industry experience and he most recently served as Ventas’ executive vice president and CIO. Prior to Ventas, Cobb served as president and CEO at Senior Lifestyle Corporation and senior managing director at GE Capital.

Kayden brings nearly 20 years of experience in the seniors housing and care industry, beginning at Welltower, followed by more than a decade in a senior leadership role with Ventas. Most recently, Kayden served as CIO of single-family, built-to-rent, and hospitality platforms for a vertically integrated real estate investment manager.
