Blueprint Healthcare Arranges Sale of 195-Unit Senior Housing Portfolio in Massachusetts

Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of two assisted living properties in Massachusetts. The properties total 195 units.

The location of the two properties was not disclosed. The properties were 96% occupied at the time of sale.

A partnership between a New York-based operator and an investor with a home health business in the state acquired the property. Connor Doherty, Amy Sitzman, Giancarlo Riso and Ryan Kelly of Blueprint were the sole brokers in the sale. The seller and sales price was not disclosed.
