BlueCrest Capital Management Inks New Lease at 450 Park Ave 

BlueCrest Capital Management, a British-American hedge fund, has signed a 21,640 square feet at 450 Park Avenue with SL Green Realty Corp. The 15-year lease covers the entire 30th and 31st floors of the building.  

The building, located at the corner of 57th Street and Park Avenue, is undergoing upgrades, including a new lobby and tenant-only fitness center.  

BlueCrest Capital Management was represented by Daniel Posy and Joe Messina of JLL, and the landlord was represented by Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander D’Amario and Maxwell Tarter of CBRE.
