Bluebeam Expands in North Texas through One McKinney Lease

Construction software company Bluebeam Inc. expanded in North Texas by inking a 20,472-square-foot lease at One McKinney, at 3232 McKinney Ave. in Dallas’ Uptown submarket. The Pasadena, CA-headquartered technology firm acquired the assets of Dallas-based Project Atlas in 2018.

Robbie Baty, Shannon Nehrig, Shaun Stiles and Katie Cowan with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in its property search and lease negotiations. Gaedeke Group, One McKinney’s owner, was self-represented by Elliot Prieur and Allison Johnston Frizzo.

Baty indicated that Bluebeam liked One McKinney because of its walkable location. “The convenient location and abundance of nearby amenities is crucial to recruit and retain talent, as they continue to expand their operations and presence in Dallas in the coming years,” he said.
