Outdoor hospitality specialist Blue Water Development has acquired management of the Sea Swell Campgrounds in Rockport, ME. The facility features amenity-packed wooded camping, along with proximity to Maine’s harbors and local recreation with views of Penobscot Bay.

Ocean City, MD-based Blue Water Development has also taken over management of Skyway Camping Resort, located just north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, and purchased the oceanfront Inn at Pine Knoll Shores in Atlantic Beach, NC.

These additions to Blue Water Development’s portfolio follow the company’s 2022 acquisition list of more than 20 RV resorts plus two marinas and a hotel.
