Blue Vista Capital Management Hires Scott Bois as Senior VP in D.C.

Chicago-based real estate investment firm Blue Vista Capital Management has hired Scott Bois as senior vice president of originations. Based in Washington D.C., Bois will be responsible for originating loans across all major commercial property types within the firm’s real estate credit platform, Blue Vista Finance.

Bois brings over 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience to the role, with a diverse background across the major property sectors and various types of mortgage products, including CMBS, fixed and floating-rate bridge loans, life company and balance sheet financing. Previously, Bois was a Senior Relationship Manager and head of Mid-Atlantic capital markets production for KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Washington D.C.
