Blue Suede Hospitably Buys Charlottesville Quirk Hotel for $24M 

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the acquisition of Quirk Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia, by Blue Suede Hospitality. Blue Suede, a New York-based firm specializing in hotel acquisitions and management, purchased the property from Quirk Charlottesville, LLC for $24 million.  

Founded in 2020, Blue Suede Hospitality Group has a growing portfolio of hotels across various locations and will oversee a full rebrand of Quirk Hotel Charlottesville in the coming months. The hotel is situated on West Main Street, near the Downtown Mall and the University of Virginia grounds. 

John Pritzlaff and Jenny Stoner of Cushman & Wakefield represented Blue Suede Hospitality Group in the acquisition. Carter Gradwell of CBRE advised the seller in the transaction.
